We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Horizon Assistant if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or unlawful way.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madrid.
